Demolition: Removal of all finishes back to concrete structure and central core, including carpet, MEP and elevator. Cut new openings for elevator stairs. Demolition of exterior skin and removal of bridge and RTUs.

Environmental Abatement: Abatement of 2,328sf of asbestos-containing floor tile and mastic.
